All guests are expected to complete a Rental Agreement, provide ID verification, and submit a Security Deposit in order to receive check-in details. Details can be found in House Rules. We do NOT allow parties or events to be hosted at our home without any prior consent, subject to a fee (or a fine if you throw an event/party without permission). Guests will have full access to the home during their stay, including all indoor and outdoor amenities. You'll enter the property using a convenient touchpad door lock—no keys needed! Simply check in with your unique code, and you're free to enjoy everything the home has to offer. Please note you will have to drive for about 5 minutes on a dirt road to get to our home, the home is accessible with any vehicle type. Please reach out to us through the Airbnb/Vrbo app if there’s anything you need! We are quick to respond and have a team locally to help you with whatever we can during your stay.
Important Notice: There is no lifeguard on duty. Use the hot tub at your own risk.
*General Safety Rules*
1. No Lifeguard on Duty: By making this reservation, you acknowledge that there is no lifeguard present. All hot tub use is at your own risk.
2. Supervision Required: Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the hot tub.
3. Occupancy Limits:
- Hot Tub: Maximum of [4] people at a time
4. Temperature Control: The hot tub is set to a safe temperature (max 104°F/40°C). Do not adjust settings.
5. Time Limit: Limit hot tub use to 15-20 minutes per session to avoid overheating.
6. Age Restriction: Children under 5 are not permitted in the hot tub due to heat sensitivity.
*Hygiene and Safety*
7. Shower First: Shower before entering the hot tub to maintain water cleanliness.
8. Proper Attire: Wear appropriate swimwear. No street clothes in the hot tub.
9. No Glass: Glass items are strictly prohibited in and around the hot tub areas.
10. No Electrical Devices: Keep all electrical devices away from water to prevent shock hazards.
11. No Food or Drinks: Consuming food or drinks in the hot tub is not allowed.
*After Use*
12. Cover Up: Please replace covers on the hot tub after use.
13. Tidy Up: Remove all personal items and trash from the hot tub area.
*Emergency Information*
14. First Aid: A first aid kit is located on the top of the refrigerator in the kitchen.
15. Emergency Contact: In case of emergency, call 911

Essential House Rules
✓Check-in is between 4-6 pm. Key code will be sent 4 hours before arrival.
✓Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. No unregistered visitors allowed.
✓All guests over 18 must be listed in the reservation.
✓Please remove shoes upon entering the house.
✓The second floor is only accessible for use of the laundry room.
✓No parties or events are permitted.
✓Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
✓ Rudeness and disrespect will not be tolerated. If you are rude and disrespectful you will be asked to leave without a refund

✓Free street parking is available. Please be considerate of neighborhood parking regulations.

Smoking and Pets
✓No smoking inside the property. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
✓No Pets allowed

Checkout Expectations
✓Checkout time is as specified in your reservation.
✓Please remove trash bags and recycling bins before leaving.
✓Report any damages immediately. Damages exceeding the security deposit must be paid by guests.

* If maintenance is required, we will give you a 24-to-48-hour notice.
* We take the privacy of our guest very seriously. We go out of our way to respect and treat everyone with kindness and courtesy.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
