All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit to receive arrival instructions. Details can be found in House Rules.

We do NOT allow parties or events to be hosted at our home without any prior consent, subject to a fee (or a fine if you throw an event/party without permission).

We have a 3 rooms: one with a king sized bed, one with a queen sized bed, one that is a dedicated yoga or workout space, and we also have a day bed in the living room. We've also converted the garage into a game-room & hangout spot featuring ping-pong, 14-in-1 Pac-Man arcade, portable A/C and fan, and a couple of couches to relax on.

The home is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Joshua Tree, known for being safe and secluded, you can come here to escape and truly unwind. With little to no light pollution, you'll be able to really enjoy star gazing at night too!

Guests will have full access to the home during their stay, including all indoor and outdoor amenities. You'll enter the property using a convenient touchpad door lock—no keys needed! Simply check in with your unique code, and you're free to enjoy everything the home has to offer. Please note you will have to drive for about 5 minutes on a dirt road to get to our home, the home is accessible with any vehicle type.

✓Check-in is between 4-6 pm. Key code will be sent 4 hours before arrival.
✓Maximum occupancy is 7 guests. No unregistered visitors allowed.
✓All guests over 18 must be listed in the reservation.
✓Please remove shoes upon entering the house.
✓The second floor is only accessible for use of the laundry room.
✓No parties or events are permitted.
✓Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
✓ Rudeness and disrespect will not be tolerated. If you are rude and disrespectful you will be asked to leave without a refund

Parking and Property Guidelines
✓Free street parking is available. Please be considerate of neighborhood parking regulations.

Smoking and Pets
✓No smoking inside the property. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
✓Pets up to 35lbs allowed. This does not apply to REGISTERED SERVICE DOGS

Checkout Expectations
✓Checkout time is as specified in your reservation.
✓Please remove trash bags and recycling bins before leaving.
✓Report any damages immediately. Damages exceeding the security deposit must be paid by guests.

* If maintenance is required, we will give you a 24-to-48-hour notice.
* We encourage you to read our reviews.
* If you need anything and you can't contact us using the message feed please give us a phone call. If you are not listed in the reservation all interactions will be done with the person that is listed in the reservation.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
